Order Process

When will my order ship?
We generally process and ship orders within 3-7 business days. You can monitor your order’s progress by logging into your account and selecting 'My Orders' or by using the "Track My Order" link found in the website footer. After shipping, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. Please note, tracking info may take 24-48 hours to update, depending on the shipping carrier.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major US credit cards, along with PayPal for your convenience.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping charges are based on the type and quantity of the product you're ordering:
- Regular Tiles: $2.25 per square foot
- Sheet Items: $2.25 per sheet
- Large Format Tiles: A minimum shipping fee of $185 applies. If the calculated shipping exceeds this amount, the standard rate of $2.25 per square foot will be charged.
- Samples:
- Coretec & Shaw Flooring: Flat rate of $300 for orders over 150 square feet
These rates ensure transparent pricing whether you're ordering a small sample or a large shipment.
